I’ve learned, with time and wisdom, that my story isn’t something I simply tell—it’s something I live and share in a different way.

Why do I do what I do… counseling?

Because I know how it feels. I know what it’s like to be chased by shadows in the night. To feel like you can’t stop long enough to breathe. To sit in a dark corner of a cave, unable to get up—not because you can’t leave, but because the darkness feels familiar. You can see the opening. You can see the light, the beauty outside. But somehow, it feels safer to stay where you are. And then, one day, something shifts. You begin to rise. You take a step. You walk out of the cave. Years—sometimes decades—later, you find yourself helping others do the same. You see life return to their eyes. You watch their womanhood begin to bloom again.

You come to understand that there is only one way… Jesus. You lead them to Him, because He is already reaching for them—often bringing them across your path.

You no longer live by the ticking rhythm of the clock on the wall. You no longer feel the need to control every next moment,

Now, when the shadows come, they no longer take over. You know who you are. You know who your Savior is. And now, together with Him, you gently help her discover that too.
